Tampa Bay Lightning: Developed and facilitated 10-week leadership programs, conducted organizational leadership assessments and workshops, and assessed season-ticket holder experiences and hockey-community initiatives.
Under Armour: Developed and facilitated a talent development and creative marketing workshop.
IKEA: Led inclusion training and developed a year-long inclusion strategy that encompassed training, policy review, and process evaluation. 

Minnesota Timberwolves/Lynx: Constructed a 6-month leadership academy and leadership assessment with key organizational stakeholders.
Brown University Athletics: Developed and facilitated a talent development and creative marketing workshop.
UMASS Boston Athletics: Assessed the organizational culture, and facilitated training development workshops, and generated a strategic plan. 

Facet by Royer Thompson: Produced and delivered a 6-month emerging leader program.
Women in Sports + Events: Spearheaded research on mentorship and membership habits.
BWX Technologies: Built and facilitated a workshop series and project-based enhancement program for managers and directors.

College of Business Management Association: Built and facilitated a mentoring workshop focused on trust and communication..
Cutter Associates: Created a year-long DEIB learning journey and partnered with their DEI committee to develop a research DEIB case study on best practices.  
PAR: Led a 4-part Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) series.
